All of our custom products are made to order, just for you. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns at this time. All sales are final. We are not responsible to lost, damaged, or late packages.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless specified otherwise. We will not refund based on shipping issues. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for your order, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can add appropriate charges.
Should you have a problem with delivery or shipment, you will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS or UPS at your local office. Please keep in mind that during peak shipping months, shipping may take longer than usual. If you need your item by a specific day, you may purchase expedited shipping with a guranteed delivery date. The gurantee will be provided by USPS or UPS, not Rugged Glory. Please contact us with any further questions prior to ordering.
